Life’s A Beach Triathlon brings the most fun and accessible triathlon ever to world famous Daytona Beach!

So, wear your baggies and bikinis, board shorts and Hawaiian shirts, load up your friends and family and join us on this iconic Florida beach for some swimming, biking and running!

And, Daytona Beach is not just a great place for Life’s A Beach—spend the weekend sampling what the area has to offer. Stay on the beach and you’ll not only be able to roll out of bed and race, but you’ll be close to the remodeled Daytona Beach pier, a variety of shops, over 400 restaurants and Daytona International Speedway.

Marine Science Center
LAB Triathlon is donating $1 per paid entry to the Marine Science Center at Ponce Inlet.
The Marine Science Center is also a great place to spend time with the family and another great reason to make your trip to Life’s A Beach Triathlon Daytona Beach a weekend adventure!
